[Fragrance Experiment Results] Reduces stress and promotes relaxation and sleep.
Using bath oil! Measuring changes in parent-child behavior when bathing an infant and the depth of sleep.
We conducted a study using lavender-scented bath oil and unscented bath oil to measure changes in the behavior of parents and infants during bath time, the depth of sleep, and the percentage change in cortisol levels. The subjects were infants aged 1 week to 2.5 months and their mothers (average age 27). The results showed that the lavender-scented bath oil led to a 47.3% longer duration of deep sleep in infants and a 28.4% reduction in crying time compared to the unscented bath oil. [Experimental Results] - Infants experienced 47.3% longer deep sleep. - Crying time was reduced by 28.4%. - The cortisol level, an indicator of stress, decreased by 0.08 points in the mothers of the infants. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
